Our owner and CEO has over 20 years of experience in the law enforcement and security fields. We continue to proudly build our team with experienced professionals. The majority of MSS employees are former police officers and veterans. All employees undergo fingerprinting and criminal background checks, participate in ongoing training and most important, have a passion for customer service and ensuring the safety of our clients.
